    Service Description

    • InnovateIngress provides business automation solutions including lead generation, sales pipeline automation, and customer communication systems.
    • Our services include custom workflow development, third-party integrations, analytics and reporting tools.
    • We offer ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems.
    • Service availability is subject to our service level agreements and maintenance schedules.

    User Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account.
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.
    • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Ensure that any data you provide or process through our platform is legally obtained.
    • Pay all fees associated with your chosen service plan on time.

    Payment Terms

    • Fees are charged according to your selected service plan and billing cycle.
    • All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
    • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.
    • Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
    • All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.

    Service Limitations

    • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
    • We do not guarantee specific results from automation implementations.
    • Service availability is typically 99.9% but may be interrupted for maintenance.
    • We are not liable for data loss due to user error or third-party service failures.
    • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

    Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by InnovateIngress and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    You retain ownership of any data you input into our platform. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide our services to you.

    You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without our written permission.

    Account Termination

    By You

    • • Cancel your account at any time through your dashboard
    • • 30-day notice required for annual plans
    • • Access continues until end of current billing period
    • • Data export available for 30 days after cancellation

    By InnovateIngress

    • • Immediate termination for Terms violations
    • • 7-day notice for non-payment
    • • 30-day notice for other reasons
    • • Data retention as per Privacy Policy

    Dispute Resolution

    In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek resolution.

    Resolution Process:

    1. Contact our support team with your concern
    2. We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution
    3. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration
    4. Governing law: Laws of Sultanate of Oman

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:
